Personal data – all information about an individual identified or identified by one or more specific factors that determine physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including image, voice recording, contact information, location data, information contained in correspondence, information collected by recording equipment. Potential customers – entities that promote services offered by the administrator, individual entrepreneurs, representatives, employees, colleagues, and individuals who cooperate with potential customers of WR DIGITAL SP. o. o. regardless of their legal form;

Customers – entities that use the services offered by the administrator as part of their business activities, individuals engaged in individual entrepreneurship, representatives, employees, colleagues, and individuals who cooperate with clients of WR DIGITAL LLC, regardless of their legal form;

Contractors – entities whose services are used by the administrator, persons engaged in individual entrepreneurship, representatives, employees, colleagues, and persons cooperating with contractors of WR DIGITAL LLC, regardless of their legal form.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY THE ADMINISTRATOR

4.1. For the performance of the contract with the Administrator – the legal basis is the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 2016/679 (Regulation 2016/679),

4.3. For direct marketing of the administrator’s own products-the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (article 6 (1) (f) of regulation 2016/679),

4. 4. In order to establish or investigate possible claims or defend against such claims by the administrator,the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (article 6 (1) (f) of regulation 2016/679,

4. 5. For participation in a conference / training/seminar organized by the administrator, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (Regulation 2016/679),

4. 6. For processing requests – the basis of data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator (article 6 (1) (f) of regulation 2016/679),

4. 7. and for other purposes necessary to fulfill obligations to customers and counterparties of WR DIGITAL LLC.

4.8. Personal data will be transferred by the administrator to entities that provide services to the administrator such as: accounting and tax, personnel and payment services, consulting, information systems and IT service providers, postal operators and couriers, legal entities, other marketing/other service providers, participants in conferences, trainings, seminars, etc. other promotional events organized by the administrator.

4.9. Personal data will be processed as long as the contract is not terminated, or as part of the administrator’s direct marketing, as long as there is no objection to processing for this purpose.
