In August 2021, 100 employees will be hired for new restaurants in the chain, given the seasonal downturn and high competition in the market.

  • Stand out from the competition by using low-competitive communication channels.
  • Develop a customer path (CJM) that is convenient for the target audience and effective for lead generation.
  • Selecting an effective creative for an advertising campaign using hypothesis testing.

  • Analysis and strategy: we started by analyzing the channels of communication with the target audience and found that the largest concentration of the target audience is located in the Meta social network (Facebook, Instagram), where the competition was less active. Together with the client, we identified 2 groups of creatives and conducted A / B testing, choosing the most effective options.
  • Solution development: we created a landing page with a survey of potential candidates, which allowed us to simplify the application process and lower the entry threshold for candidates. We also tested direct requests via WhatsApp, which provided an additional influx of candidates.
  • Implementation and optimization: We launched ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and regularly performed optimization based on daily results reports. Continuous performance evaluation allowed you to quickly make changes to strategies and creatives, which significantly improved your performance.

The main difficulty was finding effective promotion channels in the face of high competition and seasonal downturns. But these kinds of problems are what we do best at. We were pleased to see how our efforts helped the customer not only achieve but also significantly exceed their goals, which allowed Burger King to open new restaurants as planned.

Results
  1. Exceeding the KPI in terms of employee employment by 54% – in the end, we managed to hire many more employees than planned, which ensured the timely opening of new restaurants in the chain.
  2. Exceeding the KPI in terms of ad traffic by 100% – effective communication and high-quality ads led to a twofold increase in traffic to the landing page.
  3. Exceeding the KPI in ad impressions by 100% – optimization of advertising campaigns allowed you to increase the reach of the target audience, which contributed to the overall success of the campaign.
